I have dedicated my career to working with children, adolescents, students, and their families. Based in private practice in Centurion, I specialise in child psychology with a systemic, family-centred approach that recognises the unique emotional worlds of young people. From the very first contact, I prioritise compassion, clarity, and partnership. Over the past years, I’ve supported children through a wide range of life challenges—emotional, behavioural, developmental, and psychological—helping them move toward resilience, balance, and confidence. I use a Process-based Therapeutic Approach, incorpororating Solution-focused Therapy and aspects of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. My approach focuses on hope, strengthbuilding and positive outcomes. It emphasizes personalized therapeutic outcomes, tailor-made solutions and developing problem-solving proficiency.
